Residential construction experience preferred. Strong understanding of business and industry practices. Proficiency in MS Project. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong presentation skills and confidence in speaking at all levels. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
