Construction Project Manager

Minimum Requirements:Grade 12BSc Construction Degree or similarProject Management qualification/certificateAt least.
6 years experience in construction and building industry, in both retail & commercial sector.Ability to manage a team and chair meetingsBased in GautengProfessional registration preferred Duties and Responsibilities:Create and execute comprehensive project roadmaps, encompassing the project's boundaries, objectives, and expected outcomesOversee and direct all stages of the construction lifecycle, encompassing material acquisition, subcontractor engagement, and task sequencingTrack project advancement, and furnish consistent progress reports to all involved parties.Guarantee adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.Address and mitigate any challenges or disagreements that may occur throughout the construction phase.Chair meetings PLEASE NOTE: Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
