Construction Project Manager

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a relevant field.
Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) PRINCES2 or equivalent.
Registration with relevant bodies (eg. ECSA for engineers, SACPCMP for project managers, SACQSP for quantity surveyors).
Registered member of the Association of Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS) is advantageous.

EXPERIENCE:

Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Risk management and mitigation
Credit experience is essential, including corporate restructuring and financial analysis.
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials and legal regulations
