Construction Project Manager

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Survey or related
PMP professional, Prince 2 or similar
ECSA, SACPCMP or SACQSP registration
10 years' experience in managing large scale construction projects,
Experience with dealing with regulatory compliance, municipal by-laws
Planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation skills
Problem solving skills
Communication and leadership skills
Proficient in Ms Project, Primavera
