Construction Project Manager - Kuilsrivier, Cape TownOur construction building client is looking for a construction contracts manager with 3-5 years' experience in project construction building management.Salary: Negotiable up to R 45000 pm - depends on person's experience.Min RequirementsTertiary qualification in Project Management / Construction Management or relevant onsite experience.A minimum of 3-5 years' experience.Civil construction experience is an added bonus.Own Driver's license.Experienced within the technical construction building industry.Technical skill set within the Construction Industry.Strong management, supervision, and planning skills.Ability to travel nationally when needed.Process-oriented with multi-project implementation success.Knowledge of construction machinery including laser level equipment and/or installation equipment.Ability to coordinate and oversee any new installations or upgrades to existing facilities.ResponsibilitiesControlling and monitoring project expenses such as materials, equipment, fuel, and labour.Managing and forecasting project budgets and allowable vs expenses.Project construction planning and execution.Managing and supervising allocated teams to execute the required project scope.Leading and motivating teams to perform their allocated duties efficiently.Project planning, coordination, and scheduling of required deliveries/materials.Implementing and monitoring project plans to ensure targets are achieved.Ensuring that all required equipment is available and utilized appropriately.Establishing and maintaining sound relationships with new and existing clients.Control and management of all permanent and temporary staff on allocated projects.Apply onlineFrogg Recruitment
