Construction Manager /Site Agent

Civil construction company seeks a Construction Manager /Site Agent Location: Paarl  R 40 000 pm  - R 60 000 pm  Key Requirements: PLANNING MAN-MANAGEMENT PLANT MANAGEMENT MATERIAL MANAGEMENT COST MANAGEMENT CONTRACTUAL MANAGEMENT PUBLIC RELATIONS ECSA or SACPCMP registration (preferred) Proficient in MS Office and project management software (MS Project) Strong knowledge of construction methods (SANS 1200/GCC) Proven civil construction project management experience (pipelines, earthworks, roads, concrete works) Excellent leadership and communication skills (English/Afrikaans) Valid drivers license Qualifications: BEng / BSc / BTech / ND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction management on civil projects
