Requirements:- Advanced Diploma OR Degree in building.- Professionally registered with the SACPCMP.- 5-10 Years Construction Management Experience- Proven experience in construction management, with a track record of successfullydelivering projects on time and within budget.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manageand motivate teams.- Proficiency in project management software and tools.- Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.- Commitment to safety and qualityResponsibilities- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning,scheduling, budgeting, and execution.- Ensure project execution according the best quality, within time and cost frameworks.- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders toensure project goals are met.- Follow-up on leads with subcontractors, suppliers and information from clients andconsultants.- Manage Site Team and production.- Overall Site Quality; Building Quality and Workmanship.- Ensure the site establishment is secured at all times, relevant Storeman with an honestperception is appointed, security placed at entrances and tracking of delivery vehicles.- Ensure OHS is key to a fully compliant site.- Managing day to day tasks of site through foreman and sub-contractors.- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks andmilestones.- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure projects are completed withinbudgetary constraints.- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance withspecifications and regulations.- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, working proactivelyto find solutions and keep projects on track.- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, including progress,budget, and any issues or risks.environment for all personnel.
