WHO ARE WE: A leading FMCG business in Africa.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: A Construction Manager (Civil) to be based in Zambia who has previously worked within the African market.WHAT WILL YOU DO:Supervise all civil construction activities across all the sites within the groupReport site progress systematically and monitor contractor's performanceUse project management tools to monitor budget construction projects Design system to monitor construction quality and make corrective actionDirectly plan and execute construction worksDesign smaller projects and execute with in-house teamsShould be familiar with costing of construction projectsWHAT DO YOU NEED:Degree/Masters in civil engineering10 to 15 yearsCompetent in :Construction methods and quality controlAutoCAD literacy is a mustPMP certification is preferable, is an added advantageCertified in project scheduling and managementStrong skills in managing site activities
