Proven track record as a Construction Manager, specifically in high-end residential projects. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant legal regulations. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and foster collaboration. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. A relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related discipline is preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated work area.
