Construction Manager

Job Title: Construction Manager Location: Limpopo, Greater Sekhukhune District, Burgersfort Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Job Duties: Oversee and manage all construction activities on the mining site Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinate and schedule construction tasks and resources Monitor progress and quality of work Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders Prepare and update project schedules and budgets Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction Communicate progress updates to senior management Required Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the mining industry Excellent knowledge of construction processes and regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience: 10 years in construction management, 5 years of experience in mining or heavy industry projects Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects within the mining sector, including both open-pit and/or underground operations.
Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of construction processes and regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Project management expertise Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in Construction Management Previous experience working on mining sites
