Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee high-end residential projects in the Northern Suburbs and Paarl area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on delivering quality results within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution and completion.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Manager in high-end residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related field is preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the specified work area.
