Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated Construction Manager with experience in both commercial and residential projects, to join their Clients team in Cape Town.
As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed within the specified timeframes and budget.
You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that all necessary resources are available Manage and supervise construction teams and subcontractors Monitor construction progress and make adjustments as needed Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, and engineers Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during construction Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager Experience in both commercial and residential construction projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Benefits Salary: Market Related.
