Construction Management Graduate

Assist the Project Manager in overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes. Monitor work on-site to ensure adherence to project specifications, health and safety regulations, and company quality standards. Coordinate with various contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met. Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on project progress. Provide technical support and problem-solving during the project lifecycle Maintain accurate records of materials, labour, and equipment usage. Grade 12 or equivalent. Completed or currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Construction Management or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the construction industry, with Structural, Mechanical, Piping, and Platework (SMPP) experience being advantageous. Good understanding of construction processes and practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
