Construction Foreman

Our client is seeking a Construction Foreman to join their amazing team.Responsibilities:Reviewing, evaluating, and scheduling of daily construction work orders and assignments with construction personnel.Providing guidance and assistance to the construction team as needed to perform the assigned work, to monitor progress of completion of work orders and team assignments.Ensuring construction jobs are completed in accordance with the highest standards of efficiency.Evaluating of staff performance, compliance to disciplinary codes, compliance with OH&SA Regulations and enabling a positive team culture.Monitoring inventory and usage of materials and equipmentProviding regular reports to your Line Manager on all construction areas of sanctuary activities, progress of scope of work, as well as any irregularities.Skills:Strong written and verbal English skills.Strong leadership and collaboration skills.Strong technical knowledge of erecting high security fencing and/or a strong background with general steel works.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role.Relevant qualification or proven work experience.In possession of a valid drivers license.
