QualificationsMatricRequirementsAble to start immediately and have own transport (reside in the East Rand area)QuickBooks / Excel / Word / PowerPoint (a must)Knowledge and understanding of constructionStrong maths and budgeting abilitiesProven work experience as a Construction EstimatorGood knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (searching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)DutiesProviding prices for all materialsPreparing and maintaining cost reportsCreate and submit bids and proposalsPreparing material estimates and cost estimatesLabour estimates for any project
