Key Responsibilities:Oversee the complete financial administration for clients based in the Netherlands.Ensure financial records are prepared and compilation-ready.Collaborate with the account manager to prepare financial statements.Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements, utilizing the necessary tools.Communicate directly with colleagues in the Netherlands regarding client accounting matters.Process client data efficiently and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.Required Experience and Skills:University degree with minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in an accounting firm.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of IFRS for SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Entities).Eagerness to understand Dutch accounting rules (similar to IFRS).Affinity for automation in accounting processes.Proficiency in Afrikaans is preferred.Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn new systems.Full-time, in-office availability.
