Being able to follow the recipes using all the correct quantities of ingredients as well as creating new recipe templates for all new products before the products are made.
Being able to follow a production schedule with all products stocked by the bakery.
Having energy to produce products from an early hour.
Take accurate stock take on a weekly basis.
Tell the bakery manager when an ingredient is almost out of stock and order from the correct supplier Assist in the preparation of various baked goods Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters under supervision.
Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
