The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting condition-monitoring activities to ensure the reliability and availability of critical assets in our mining operations.Responsibilities:Develop and implement condition monitoring strategies for critical assets in the mining operationConduct regular inspections, testing, and analysis of equipment to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actionsMonitor equipment performance and trend data to predict potential failures and prevent downtimeCollaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize asset performance and reliabilityProvide technical expertise and support in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment failuresMaintain accurate records of condition monitoring activities and equipment performance dataParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and efficiencyRequirements:Grade 12Degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringQualified Artisan in an Electrical or Mechanical fieldCAT 2 Qualification in Vibration AnalysisMinimum of 5 years of experience in condition monitoring and reliability engineering in the mining industryStrong knowledge of asset management principles and reliability engineering practicesExperience with reliability software tools and data analysis techniquesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsBenefits:Salary: R800K-R900KFamily Responsibility Leave (If Applicable)If you meet the above requirements and want to make a career-changing move, apply today by either filling in the online application form or emailing your CV to Hire Resolve at ****** note that correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates for this position.
