Salary: R15 000 - R18 000 Per Month About the Role: As a Concierge Specialist, you'll be essential in ensuring every detail of the client's travel is perfectly managed. You will coordinate with consultants, make reservations, arrange transportation, and handle special requests, impacting the quality and success of their travel experiences. Requirements: National Senior Certificate/Matric; Two years' experience in a Concierge or Sales Administrative role in a Tour Operator environment; Based in Cape Town; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; Strong interpersonal skills. Not Essential but Advantageous Degree/Diploma in Tourism. Role & Responsibilities: Book hotel, lodge, and logistics reservations; Distribute travel requests to Agents; Support Sales Consultants with administrative duties; Manage post-booking confirmations; Prepare sales quotes and support Senior Sales Consultants; Resolve client travel issues with Sales Managers; Handle customer service tasks; Communicate with external suppliers; Work with the rates team on related tasks; Log tickets and ensure timely turnaround; Keep the Concierge dashboard updated.
