Key OutputsTo generate and manage the Long-Term component forecastEnsure the regions adhere to the forecasted planCo-ordinate and communicate parts and components availability with relevant stakeholders (Regions, Parts, BRC)Align component availability with Planned Component Replacement (PCR) and production schedulesEnsuring that all Maintenance and Repairs (M&R) activities are well-planned and executed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.Maintain accurate records of Maintenance and Repairs (M&R) activities performedManage Life Cycle Costs (LCC) and investigate any deviations, to improve and sustain the financial health of the MARC contractsIdentify and implement alternative actions to mitigate the effects of early or late component replacements.Working with engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgradesParticipating in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practicesScheduled site visits to coach, train and support site personnelQualification, Experience and CompetenciesGrade 12Planned Maintenance course or certification in PlanningDiploma in project management, engineering or planning and scheduling an added advantage.5 years of previous Project or Planning / Maintenance Management experience.Previous exposure to MARC sites and related processes.Exposure to business planning / budgeting processes.Sound business and financial acumen.Sound business communication and presentation skills.Sound Advanced MS Office knowledge.Sound Equipment Management Skills.Asset Management Tool (AMT).Required competencies: Problem solving, Analysis and judgement, Numerical reasoning & Influence, Negotiation, Strategic thinking, Assertiveness, Planning, Leading, Organising & Control, Effective Communication.
