MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE JOBTo accurately review and approve the onboarding of customers for all branches, considering FICA and other regulatory requirements as per the Bank's documented policies and procedures. To provide excellent service to Branches and Customers.Customer OnboardingReview and approve customer account opening documentation in the system.Ensure that all information captured on the system matches the source documents.Ensure that correct and clear documents are scanned prior to approval.Ensure that all information is captured accurately on the Bank's Operating systems; FICA policies and procedures are strictly enforced.Conduct Watchlist screening checks and ensure they are clear.Adhere to turnaround times when approving accounts.Mobile BankingReview and approve digital banking profiles when required.Review and approve linking of transactional banking accounts.Review and approve change of password.Review and approve device linking.Review and approve customer linking.Contact customers to conduct verification checks.AdministrationAddress/assist Branch FICA queries.Attend to ad hoc administration requirements as needed.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Matric / Certificate in Banking or similar.PREFERRED EXPERIENCEMinimum experience of 1 year in a similar position.KNOWLEDGE REQUIREDExcellent understanding of FICA.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.NOTEThe position requires that the candidate work alternate Saturdays.The notice period of termination is 3 calendar months.A Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
