Our client is seeking aCompliance Officer Team Leaderto join their amazing team inClaremont, Cape Town as soon as possible.In this role, you will ensure our operations meet legal standards while guiding and inspiring your team to excel.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.Provide training and support to team members on compliance issues.Liaise with legal and regulatory bodies as necessary.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance or legal roles.At least 2 years of experience managing a team.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.Position Type:Full time permanent position based in office.Location:Claremont, Cape Town.Salary offeredis dependent on amount of experience as a team lead: From R30 000 (Compliance Officer looking to take on some more responsibility as a team lead.)If you are a senior Compliance Officer Team Lead professional, salary is negotiable and can be discussed should a recruiter from ARVO be in touch regarding your application.
