Details of the offer

To coordinate, manage, and leverage all commercial and LPM activities and resources in a manner which enhances sustainable corporate governance and legal compliance within the company.
Duties:

Ensure you peruse, understand and comply with all regulatory functions as per the Gambling Board Rules, Regulations, all Company policies and Internal Controls.
Ensure legal Compliance at LPM premises.
Immediately record findings of all non-compliance found at sites and forward to all relevant departments.
Where necessary retrain if required and manage the risk.
Ensure all required site employee training information is provided to the Finance officer including the training record as well as the cost of fuel.
Ensure investigations, reporting, resolution and documentation comply with LPM & SDL norms and standards.
Maintain and update site compliance files for each site licensed by the Gambling Board.
Monitor all meter variances and forward weekly reports to Evolution System Operator to ensure authorized journal entries are recorded of all LPM's.
Maintain a meter variance file with copy of all journal entries made for each month including source documents.
Compile the following reports:
Verify all GGR monitoring system reports.
Verify and monitor payment of all gaming taxes.
Forward all findings to the relevant departments and follow up on responses.
Immediately email report to Compliance Manager on training required for site operations.
Review the Employment Equity Report.
Monitor CSI program.
Review all reports as required in the ICP.
Monitor compliance and mandatory training in terms of the FIC Act.
Compile the Site Compliance file and forward it to stores for delivery to each site before it goes live.
Ensure all licenses for staff that have resigned or services were terminated are returned to the Gambling Board within fourteen (14) days.
Monitor the Site Classification Report – "Employee status" on Evolution System for all employees.
Maintain a site license file for all site, key and gaming licenses.
Co-ordinate training dates for new sites with the Technical Manager and Site Operator.
Call site operators and inform them that their site is approved and confirm training dates for the site owner and his employees.
Verify appointment by calling site operators of the training day before you leave.
Train Key and Gaming employees on the companies ICP and all regulatory requirements.
Train site owners, site key/gaming employees and punters on how to play on the machines.
Submit a monthly schedule for proposed site visits to conduct inspections and promotions to the Compliance Manager.
Train all key employees on cashing up procedures.
Submit all site employee FIC training forms to the General Manager and Compliance Department.
Ensure you are present each Monday after opening a new site until you are satisfied the site operator is comfortable with running the operation.
Ensure all site operator staff are licensed with the Gambling Board and all have Evolution System Operator Cards to perform their tasks.
When required complete PHD, take digital photos and take fingerprints for all site operators' new employees and submit to Licensing Department.
Forward a site list of proposed sites in-house re-training to your General Manager for approval.
Work in accordance with the proposed list of new sites to be rolled out.
Update stats and schedule on the server/cloud no later than Friday each week.
On each site visit make sure you verify change in ownership of Site Operators. If a change in financial interest is required, immediately notify the Licensing Department.
Ensure you are present 30 minutes before training commences at Sites.
When you go to a site you must clock in and when you leave a site clock out.
Ensure that you train Key and Gaming employees on how to complete and use all numbered stationery and registers on site.
Make sure all training is signed off by site owners and their licensed employees.
Submit month end reports of all training performed at sites with names of individuals trained to the General Manager.
All cash-up variances shall be investigated and if cannot be resolved shall be referred to investigations with all source documents.
All non-compliance or machine issues must be reported on WhatsApp immediately and before you leave a site.
Annual renewed Route and Site licenses must be placed in the site file and displayed by no later than the 1st of April each year.
Ensure all approved floor plans are placed in the site compliance file before the site is tested to go live or in the event a site's floor plan has been amended.
If required make sure all amended floor plans are placed in the site compliance file before the site is tested to go live.
Reports must be submitted on or before the 1st day of each month to the Compliance Manager.
Monitor site contract expiry dates for renewal employee licenses and submit a report to the Compliance and Licensing Managers.
Monitor site employee status on Evolution System and ensure it is changed if necessary.
Ensure the sites have all the required signage, equipment and registers as per the internal controls.
Monitor sites 7-day GGR analysis report on the weekly Evolution System Report showing zero amounts and report to the Compliance and Administration Manager.
Observe the performance of the site employees and conduct re-training if required.
Ensure delivering of new employee Evolution System Operator cards, license, employee t/shirts if applicable and receipts are signed off by the site operator or his/her employee.
Compliance staff are not permitted to consume alcohol at a site when performing site visits, before, during or after a site promotion.
Ensure completion of survey forms with site owners and employees and capture score ratings as per the score sheet.
If an employee receives vehicle allowance benefits, proof of ownership of vehicle must be submitted to the compliance manager and HR.
Ensure you have access to the Evolution Monitoring system and EVO card with card reader to register your site visit. Ensure you clock in and out when you visit a site.
Use of personal vehicles (Fleet Card) – You must ensure you submit a monthly tracker report. If one is not installed, one shall be installed by the company. A travel log, to be completed for business purposes only and petrol slips to be submitted no later than the 26th of each month.

Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager, National Manager, Compliance Manager or Managing Director.

Qualifications & Experience:

National Senior Certificate
Formal Related Qualification-Certification or Diploma
2-5 years' experience in a similar role
Excellent Microsoft suite (word, excel etc.) skills
Clear criminal record
Driver's license is essential & own vehicle

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

Westonaria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
