Compliance Manager

They are currently looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate would be responsible for:Develop and implement compliance strategies and policiesBe up-to-date with ISO Standards that includes: ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO22301, ISO45001 and ISO14001Support and maintain positive relationships with relevant regulatory bodiesManagement and testing of business continuity plansEvaluate the efficiency of controls of business and improve them continuously thorough internal audits.FCA compliance with all reporting and structural requirementsEnsure the Senior Management Team are always aware of key risksLead the development of the quality improvement and performance strategyCreate and support the overall vision, strategy and execution plan for compliance and continuous improvementIdentify opportunities for strategic improvementCommunicate performance and progress to our leadership teamApply evolving best practises, develop continuous improvement plans and make appropriate and cost-effective recommendations to improve operational delivery Education:Relevant qualification Job Experience & Skills Required:3 to 5 years' experience APPLY NOW!
