Join our team as a Compliance Manager and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety across our packing facilities.
This is your chance to lead, innovate, and make a tangible impact on our operations.  What You'll Do: Risk Management: Identify and mitigate food safety compliance risks across all packing facilities to ensure a safe and reliable operation.
Procedure Development: Create, update, and implement food safety procedures, and train relevant personnel to ensure effective execution.
Leadership: Drive food safety activities, including leading meetings, reviewing policies, and refining processes to meet the highest standards.
Certification Oversight: Ensure all packing facilities comply with third-party food safety standards and oversee the certification process to maintain top-tier compliance.
Document Management: Oversee the maintenance of a comprehensive document management system for all operational documentation.
Team Management: Lead and manage the food safety team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For: Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Food Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in a similar role, with a focus on food safety in apples and pears.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and a solid understanding of relevant technologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Team Management: Proven experience in managing and leading a team effectively.
