Compliance Manager, 3-year contract, Makhanda 2024-06-12 - 2024-07-12 Contractor EL002764 Finance We are seeking a Compliance Manager for a 3-year contract role based in Makhanda, Eastern Cape Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Relevant honors or post graduate qualification in audit & complianceFive years relevant work experience in an audit / compliance portfolio within a government dept / entityPractical exposure in a senior role related to audit processesHands on experience in a leading role with compliance reportingBudget management & consulting experienceGood working experience and understanding of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, SCM and related Acts and prescriptsPractical knowledge & exposure to preparation and submission of compliance documentsGood English skills – written, verbal and report writing abilityThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Overseeing the implementation of strategic initiativesAssisting in decision making pertaining to auditing plan, preparation and programme managementDevelop / recommend structures & workflow processesReview, design, and implement quality improvement plansEnsure holistic compliance with systems and processesServe as document manager & control officer in CEO's officeReport / ascertain whether the organization is regressing or progressingSpearhead the progress of risk managementServe as strategic driver in ensuring all dept's integrate into their operationsEnsure reporting documents are drafted in relevant templatesWork closely with HR to ensure employee wellbeing and other broad matters Salary: R467 670 CTC per annum for the contract durationTo apply email detailed CV and all supporting documentation through to ****** If you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful #J-18808-Ljbffr
