Compliance Head

Job Title: Compliance HeadAmicorp BPO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Head to join our team. As a Compliance Head, you will be responsible for leading our compliance function and ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements.Main Responsibilities:Lead and direct the compliance team to ensure effective implementation of compliance policies and procedures.Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program that includes risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related matters.Identify and mitigate compliance risks and develop strategies to address them.Requirements:Relevant Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 15 years of experience in compliance and risk management, with a strong background in regulatory compliance.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.A collaborative and supportive work environment.The chance to make a meaningful contribution to our compliance function.
