Reference: 9723 AV Consultant: Anneke Viviers Job Description: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department head, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with clients.Prepare and maintain accurate and organized documentation related to projects, including reports, permits, and compliance records.Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance documents and admissions, ensuring adherence to environmental and industry standards.Liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth communication and address inquiries or issues.Manage project-related correspondence and maintain effective communication channels with clients and stakeholders.Monitor and track project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks and deliverables.Organize and maintain project files, including data entry, record-keeping, and document retrieval.Assist with the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Support the team lead in managing budgets and expenses, including processing invoices and tracking project costs.Coordinate fieldwork logistics, including arranging site visits.Help with the preparation of compliance documentation, including assessments and project plans.The process involves navigating detailed and tedious tasks with creativity, and early mistakes can have significant financial implications for clients.
