We have a fixed term opportunity for 12months, within our Human Resources: Centre of Excellence: Learning and Development for Compliance and L&D Manager .
  The appointed candidate will form part of the Leadership team of RCL's Learning and Development Function.
He/she will manage a team who are responsible to run the Learning and Development Leadership Development Academy, to drive the creation of a vibrant learning culture, encapsulating the shifts in learning as required within the new world of work, across the business.
He/She will be responsible to oversee the design, execution and quality control of RCL's mainstream leadership development programmes and content, as well as Diversity and Inclusivity Capability building interventions through various internal and external training and development structures.
