Compliance Analyst

Investment Compliance Analyst opportunity is available with one of my Investment Analytics client team. You will need to have related industry experience with exposure to investment compliance and relevant regulatory requirements as well as compliance software exposure such as StatPro, Fundamental and strong Excel skills, too!Responsibilities: Maintain a solid understanding of the investment industry, investment products, instruments and structuresMaintain an understanding of relevant investment regulations, such as AIFM, UCITS, ASISA, CISCAExpand and understand processes across the different products, services of the businessLiaise with internal teams to improve industry compliance reporting solution Manage daily, monthly, quarterly and annual retrieval, validation, reconciliation and maintenance of compliance dataMonitor compliance, breach investigations and analyse data Manage integrity of sensitive client dataRun, check and send client reports daily, monthly, quarterly and annually Transcribe and examine report resultsManage queries, resolve both internal and external client queriesTranscribe legislation, regulations, standards and client mandates, and development of rules in compliance systemsRequirements: Minimum of a completed degree focused on accounting, finance and / or investmentsMust have 1-3 years experience in investment compliance and associated regulatory requirementsMust have previous exposure to investment systems,compliance software (e.g. StatPro, Fundamental and Moonfire) Must have excellent Microsoft Office, Excel skills Must be professional, accountable with strong work ethicMust be methodical, deadline driven, highly organized and efficient Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
