A leading software company is expanding.Your primary responsibility is to facilitate the seamless integration of new clients into the organisation while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of client relationships.Somerset West | Permanent | On-Site | R 22KKey Responsibilities:Completion of customer onboarding packs.Checking of clients' FICA documents.Liaise with sales and support teams about clients' compliance status.Assist with support related to banking and other compliance-related queries.General administration tasks.Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.Proficiency in PDF editors.Ability to work independently.Strong administrative skills.Time management.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Qualifications And Experience Requirements:Customer service/support experience would be advantageous.Experience in administration.Tertiary education is advantageous but not critical.Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus.Familiarity with banking procedures and documentation is beneficial.
