The detailed function is set out in section 17B of the ICASA Act.
Required qualifications:  Applicants must be in possession of an appropriate Honours or Master's degree qualification in Economics, Commerce or Engineering.
   Required Experience:  Applicants must have 5 years' experience in electronic communications networks services/ postal services/ broadcasting services/ economics/ commerce/ spectrum management.
Financial or economic modelling, accounting principles and/or costing experience will receive preference.
