Our client in the Agricultutal Sector, requires a Compiler/Accounts candidate in Queenstown in the Eastern Cape.Duties & Responsibilities:Produce monthly management statementsReview VAT reconciliations and VAT returnsPrepare working files for Annual Independant Review and Annual Audit for the external auditorsAttend to tax computation for all group entitiesUpdate Fixed Asset RegistersReview, identify and resolve abnormal General Ledger entriesLiaise and work closely with bookkeepersTime to time processing and retrieval of reports from XeroAd-hoc tasks as required from time-to-timeDesired Experience & Qualification :MatricBCom degree or an equivalent Financial Accounting QualificationFinancial Completed ArticlesKnowledge of GAAP/IFRSStrong in Excel and fast learner of new sytemsGood knowledge of Caseware Working PapersGood knowledge of XeroAttention to detail and a good understanding and actioning of financial statementsRemuneration : R25,000 - R30,000 (Depending on qualifications & experience)
