Company Secretary

The PPSI Group Company Secretary will be responsible for all corporate governance oversight responsibilities, company related legal matters, statutory functions and duties, ensure strategic alignment of board responsibilities and PPSI Group Strategic objectives.
The Company Secretary shall assist the Executive of Governance in providing governance oversight in relation to the PPSI Group corporate entities and functions.
