Attend company meetings Stock control and management follow up with suppliers Ordering of new stock Allocation of stock based on job cards Respond to client enquires (telephonic and on email) Invoices (create, submit, follow-up) Management of creditors / debtors Follow up on client quotations Work alongside MD General support to management team All administrative duties applicable to this position Work closely with Auditors Senior Certificate Relevant Certificate or Diploma will be beneficial 3 5 years of experience in a similar administrative / operational position


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
