The candidate must have excellent communication skills, possess great attention to detail and work well under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities Assisting the Sectional Title Portfolio ManagerTyping of correspondence and minutes,Typing of correspondence to trustees and ownersLiaising with Chairman and Trustees in the absence of the Portfolio ManagerAssisting with preparation of monthly packs for the chairman of the Body CorporateEnsuring all information is kept up to date on inhouse systemsLogging insurance claimsAssisting with maintenance issuesManagement of emails (continuous correspondence with clients within 24h turnaround time)Ensuring invoices are authorised and paid timeouslyDrafting Annual General Meeting notice and meeting prepAssist with completing AGM workflows after AGMsSubmit CSOS Annual Returns after AGMsOther administrative duties.Required Skills Computer literateWilling to work under pressureFully Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)Added advantage in previous Sectional Title experienceSuitable applicants can send their detailed CV to
