Job Advert Summary
To coordinate, promote and support the business activities of the Rand Water Foundation aimed at enhancing relations between the Foundation and its internal and external stakeholders, through partnerships development and contracts management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors' Degree in Public Relations Management/Law Sciences or other relevant qualification.
2-3 years relevant working experience within the public sector and/or legal environment.
Extensive working experience within the social/community development and project management environment will be an added advantage.
Valid driver's license.
Primary Duties
Assist in developing the Public Relations Management Strategy, from partnerships' perspective.
Monitor and report on the implementation of the RWF Stakeholders and Partnerships Management Framework.
Initiate and facilitate partnership development processes between RWF and other relevant stakeholders including government.
Lead and facilitate business partnership agreements signing between RWF and third parties.
Contribute towards development of PR management business planning from partnerships perspective and ensure implementation thereof.
Ensure implementation of the RWF's Stakeholders' and Partnership Management Framework and review the framework when required to do so.
Enhance productivity levels, outputs, and delivery/intervention standards among direct reports.
Assist in establishing the RWF stakeholder base through a comprehensive database that is updated on an ongoing basis.
Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures and relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks.
Build work ethics and values which promote excellence in performance and delivery within the Partnerships and Community Relations Department.
Monitor and report on the implementation of the departmental business plan.
Define and agree on performance targets and standards of service delivery with the direct reports.
Ensure development and implementation of processes, procedures, and guidelines emanating from the RWF Business Process Map, and applicable RW policies.
Update the Public Relations Manager on partnerships performance status against plan monthly.
