Women's and Children's Health Network, Health and Recovery, Trauma Safety Services (HaRTSS), Metropolitan Youth Health (MYH) – Angle Park (5010)Classification - RN/M2C - Clinical Nurse/Midwife LV2 - $ 84,870 to $ 107,279Full time - Term Contract (Temporary up until 30 June 2025)About The OpportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Metropolitan Youth Health (MYH) team as a Community Nurse, where you will be responsible for:Providing advanced nursing and quality client centred nursing care services to Aboriginal, Guardianship of the Minister and vulnerable young people.Work collaboratively with clients in the development of individual case management care/treatment plans using a client centred framework.Ensure and promote access and equity of services for all clients/stakeholders from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Working experience as a Registered Nurse with at least 3 years post registration experience.Experience working collaboratively with Aboriginal Clinical Health practitioners and supporting health outcomes for Aboriginal consumers.Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work with individuals and families for positive health outcomes and to foster productive working relationships across disciplines.What WCHN Can Offer YouRelocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.Salary package a range of benefits (including living expenses such as mortgage, rent, utility bills and groceries) up to $9,010 each FBT year + $2,650 for Meal Entertainment expenses each FBT year.Access to Fitness Passport (workplace health and fitness program that gives you and your family access to a wide choice of gyms and pools across South Australia.)Free Public Transport for SA Health Metropolitan Hospital Workers.Access to generous leave provisions and professional development opportunities.Support for you and your family via our Employee Assistance Program.About UsThe Women's & Children's Health Network is the state's leading provider of best practice health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia.
