As such, we are seeking a passionate, versatile and proactive Community Liason Officer to oversee and run the entire Sales and Community operations of an existing area. In this role, you will execute on a range of duties related to the area's operations; more specifically: infrastructure, sales and field work. You will also manage field sales agents in your area. This role demands that you are able to take full ownership over and accountability for the performance of your area. Furthermore, we are looking for individuals who are self-directed, detail orientated, personable and comfortable with being visible and present on the ground - within your area. As part of this role, you will have to work closely with the Head of Operations to improve sales in your area. As such, your execution of this role will be critical to increase market share by applying and implementing innovative sales plans to maximize sales - making this an exciting and challenging opportunity to come on board and play an integral role in the overall performance of ikeja. Community Organize and participate in community engagement eventsGather, analyze, and respond to community feedback from communityImplement communication and PR campaigns to increase brand awareness Establish partnerships and collaborations with local community organizations.Implement social responsibility programs and initiatives in the community.Engage with key stakeholders in the community, including local authorities and leaders.Address community-related crises and conflicts effectively.Facilitate meaningful engagement and collaboration between the company and the community.Provide leadership guidance, training, and development opportunities to representatives of ikeja.Sales Work closely with the Head of Operations to understand the strategic direction of the business and your areaWork with the Head of Operations to set objectives, goals and targets for your areaManage the performance of the 'leads' & agent's within your area to ensure that their respective KPIs are being met:Oversee the Sales Lead and ensure that targets are being met and customer service SLA's are maintainedProvide training and guidance to the leads, employees and agents belonging to your area Report on the performance of your area as well as provide creative solutions for improving the metrics in your area Streamline processes and continuously eradicate inefficiencies in your areaProactively collaborate and co-ordinate with various stakeholders to ensure performance in your area is achieved and sustainedWork closely with the marketing coordinator to drive specific campaigns to improve your area's performanceFully live out the ikeja values and drive the ikeja culture across the businessUltimately, at the core of everything you do you should be able to ensure that ikeja maintains a dominant position in the connectivity landscape, in your area. Requirements for the role 3- 5 years experience in a similar role with strong elements of team leadership and/or sales managementProject management experience in an infrastructure or sales environment Field work experience in an infrastructure or sales environment A proven track record of managing people and hitting sales targetsConformality or experience in working in the lower LSM areas / spacesDemonstrative tech understanding Direct sales / rep experience is advantageous Experience and/or knowledge of networking is advantageous Valid driver's license (held for 1 year or more)What makes you a good fit for the role?
