This 6-month fixed term contract offers the opportunity to develop your Community Engagement skills, working across Trust sites in Herefordshire, from home, and at Kings Court in Worcester. The post is for 22.5 hours a week which could be worked over 3 days, or we can offer a flexible working pattern. You will develop and maintain a database of contacts, and engage local voluntary and community sector partners, exploring interfaces with Trust services and programmes of work. You will be required to administer and facilitate the Trust Mental Health Advisory Group and support facilitation of the Trust Youth Board. You will work to engage Trust staff around the engagement and participation agenda, providing advice and guidance around engagement and encouraging them to recognise the value of participation for onward recovery, and identify patients who might benefit from participation opportunities.
