ROLE DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Your role as Community Associate is to be the first point of contact, to manage front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of operational & administrative tasks: 1.

Handle members complains - either address them or report them upwards 2.

In charge of:i.
Opening the space in the morningii.
Performing Business Concierge tasks (mail, bookings, binding etc.)iii.
Mail & Package Handling (e.g.
PO Box, mail reception & dispatch)iv.
Managing Facilities Teamv.
Managing Valet Services (Optional as per Brand Standards)vi.
Handling Inbound Phone calls & Space email addressvii.
Printing Services (e.g.
vendor, printer, cartridges, paper etc.)viii.
Visitor Management Systemix.
Meeting Rooms (e.g.
booking, video conference, arrangement etc.)x.
Reception Area & Common Areas (e.g.
Plant Management, magazines, sound system, music, art etc.)xi.
Electricity Managementxii.
Maintenance & Repairsxiii.
Emergency Health responsexiv.
Double checking building common areas are up to standardsxv.
Representing the Company (!)b.
Assisting the Community Manager in:i. onboarding new membersii.
organizing events (e.g.
Open House, Networking, Round Tables etc.)

giving Tours to prospective membersiv.
collecting Google reviewsv.
collecting membership feedbackvi.
providing IT back up for the space & to membersvii.
maintaining space compliance (e.g.
Insurance, business permits etc.) REQUIREMENTS: 1.

Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative with hospitality background or similar role. 5.

Solid written and verbal communication skills 10.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues and complaints arise 11.
