This position requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and a strong background in human resources, organizational psychology, or business management, complemented by knowledge in change management and communications. Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals. Assess current communication practices and identify areas for improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate regular communication with employees to ensure transparency and engagement.
