About UsThe Entrepreneur Academy (FFA Academy) is an initiative by 54 Collective designed to make entrepreneurship accessible to all. Our work is focused on building the next generation of African entrepreneurs and enabling these entrepreneurs to build viable businesses. By viability we mean the ability of a business to exist, to survive and grow.We have three missions:to create awareness of entrepreneurship as a possible pathway, decentralise access to the knowledge and resources needed to succeed as entrepreneurs, andaccelerate the journey of aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs. We achieve this through two programs: Explore and Business Support Accelerator. Our ProgramsWe want to build a new generation of African entrepreneurs and build their capability to launch new businesses. Our Explore Program is designed to achieve this. Currently, the Explore Program is broken into two phases:Phase 1 is the Explore Course; a 4-week curriculum delivered digitally, designed to empower aspiring entrepreneurs to transform their ideas into viable solutions.Phase 2 is the Explore Lab where successful participants from Phase 1 have the opportunity to receive 5-weeks practical fieldwork including a customer discovery stipend and prototyping funds. They also benefit from expert coaching.Business Support is a 12-week Accelerator Program designed to help new and early-stage businesses, in particular SMEs, grow further & faster in a sustainable way.
