Purpose: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement, promote company culture and ensure effective information flow within the organization. This involves stakeholder engagement, original writing, event management, company reporting, managing Corporate Social Investment (CSI) programs, and driving the Companys sustainability agenda in communications.Requirements:Fluent in English and AfrikaansBachelors degree in communications, CSI, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field2 years of relevant working experience in internal comms, corporate comms, or a related fieldMs Office Suite and familiar with communication platforms and toolsExperience in event management, including planning and executing corporate eventsExperience with social media management and digital marketingExperience managing Corporate Social Investment (CSI) activities and community development initiativeDuties include: Communication Internal and ExternalDevelop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure all employees are informed and engaged and aligns with the companys goals and values.Work closely with senior management and HODs to identify communication needs and objectives with the aim to develop content that support employee engagement, training and company initiatives.Coordinate and manage internal events and engagements.Develop and execute external communication strategies to enhance the companys public image and brand reputation.Create content for internal newsletters, emails, intranet, and other communication platforms.Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, handling media enquiries, and coordinating interviews.Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content relating to the Organisations brand.Promote organisations sustainability efforts and achievements through various communication channels.Oversee the communication aspects of the companys annual report, ensuring it accurately reflects the companys achievements and goals.Stakeholder engagementBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, businesses and the local community. Develop and manage communication plans for stakeholder engagement initiatives.Messaging and content creationProduce high-quality, original written content for various platforms, including website, social media, press releases, speeches and talking notes, and marketing materials.Ensure all content, including social media, aligns with the companys brand voice and messaging.Brand communication and eventsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand communication campaigns.Manage communications for all donations and sponsorships. Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, logistics, and vendor for stakeholder (Board) engagements, Internal events, and other corporate events.Corporate Social Investment (CSI) activitiesOversee the companys CSI activities, including Company Development Trust which includes learning and development initiatives to uplift the local community.Develop and manage communication plans for CSI initiatives as the organisation is involved in various social projects. These projects vary from financial and product donations to assisting schools within product manufacturing districts.Crisis CommunicationDevelop and implement crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate potential reputational risks.Health and Safety
