Our teams innovate and deliver across the spectrum of industry needs, including research, policy development, best practice discovery, value chain and firm-level strategy and execution, manufacturing performance improvement, skills training, decarbonisation, and SME opportunity development.What's the role?As an experienced and creative digital marketing and social media coordinator, you'll take the reigns in shaping our company and client's online presence. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, overseeing and executing our LinkedIn and Meta social media platforms, email campaigns, and online marketing activities. As a creative force, you'll work with service teams to develop compelling and visually attractive flyers and annual reports.Collaboration is key in this role. You'll work closely with various teams to refine communication processes and content, and create engaging content that reaches a wide and relevant audience.What will you be doing?Work with industry experts and third party agencies to evolve, implement and co-ordinate our social media strategyDefine critical social media KPIsDevelop and implement social media content for publication on LinkedIn and other business to business platformsWork with executives to measure the success of every social media campaignStay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologiesUse online marketing tools such as Campaign Monitor, Canva and LoomlyAttend industry events to develop engaging contentCreate clear copy and design to ensure content is accurate, informative, and appealingManage several websites and social media platforms for BMA and our clientsManage and implement approximately 10 email campaigns monthlyDesign and post approximately 40 social media posts monthlyMonitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimisationCommunicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong networkWho are you?You are creative and able to come up with engaging and innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience.You have strong communication skills and can effectively convey messages across various social media platforms, maintaining brand voice and tone consistency.You have an analytical mindset and understand social media analytics and can interpret data to make informed decisions and optimise strategies.You are positive, optimistic and adaptable, able to quickly adapt to changes in algorithms, trends, and platform features to stay ahead of the curve.You are a strategic thinker who can develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, considering factors such as audience demographics, content trends, and platform algorithms.You can understand the needs and preferences of the target audience to create content and interactions that resonate with them.You have good time management and can effectively manage multiple social media platforms, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance efficiently.You are tech-savvy and are familiar with various social media management tools, analytics platforms, and emerging trends in social media technology.You are naturally collaborative and can work well with other team members, such as content creators, designers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.You have a passion for social media and a genuine interest in social media trends, platforms, and user behaviors, staying updated with the latest developments and continuously seeking ways to improve their skills.You have strong attention to detail.You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.RequirementsEssential3 year degree or National Diploma in Marketing or related field2 years experience as a Social Media or Communications Coordinator, preferably in a Business-to-Business environmentDemonstrated experience in social media design and scheduling across diverse platformsExperience in website management, paid social media marketing (specifically LinkedIn) and bulk emailingStrong written and verbal communication skillsDesign capability (Canva or similar)BeneficialWordPress experienceWhat we offerWorking at BMA comes with some important benefits:Private drive, social impact.
