We're seeking a dynamic Communications and Change Manager to drive our Finance Transformation journey.

Your Role: As the Communications and Change Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our transformation story.
You'll ensure that our teams are informed, engaged, and excited about the changes ahead.
What You'll Do: Lead Communication Efforts: Develop and execute a communication plan that keeps everyone in the loop, using clear, compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
Drive Change Management: Implement strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new systems, address resistance, and build a network of Change Agents.
Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with leaders and teams, ensuring their feedback shapes the transformation.
Collaborate Across Departments: Work with IT and Finance to align communication with system implementations and ensure a seamless rollout.
Measure Success: Track the effectiveness of communication and change efforts, using feedback to refine our approach.
Champion Cultural Change: Promote a culture of modernisation, continuous improvement, and openness to new ways of working.
What You Bring: Proven Experience: Strong background in managing change and communications for large-scale projects.
Communication Skills: Expertise in using channels like SharePoint, Viva Engage, and global town halls.
Change Management Know-How: Solid understanding of change management principles.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
Bonus Points For: Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
Experience with Finance systems like Microsoft Dynamics or Tagetik.
A background in Finance.
