Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and compliant tax, payroll, and statutory filingsManage task/project allocation based on work volume and deadlinesReview and report operational performance to senior management on key metricsAct as the main contact for client queries and provide progress updates on filings and requestsEnsure high client satisfaction through prompt responses and issue resolutionLead client onboarding and work on retention and upselling strategiesMaintain knowledge of CIPC, SARS, estate, and trust compliance requirementsAllocate tasks based on understanding of regulatory mattersSupport team in handling estate and trust filingsProvide leadership and direction to client teams (tax, VAT, payroll, statutory returns)Address conflicts and disputes with management's supportOversee performance appraisals, feedback, and goal setting for staffSet clear client expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and challengesHandle contract renewals, pricing, and service negotiations with management's guidanceEnsure secure handling of client data in compliance with regulationsTrain staff on confidentiality and internal data protection policiesResolve unexpected client concerns or system issues to maintain operational continuityManage workloads during peak periods, ensuring adequate support and resource allocationSkills & Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar rolePastel experienceMust understand CIPC, SARS, estate, and trust compliance Qualification:Degree, national diploma or similarPA(SA), BA(SA) or a relevant designation will be advantageous Contact ANNARI STANDER on
