About the Financial Adviser position We are looking for a entrepreneurially minded individuals to join an independent financial services company (Brokerage),  where your main priority will be to assist clients in building financial security.
Your duties will include advising on suitable insurance, investment and estate planning strategies.
As an independent brokerage, you will be required to stay abreast of different offerings from a variety of Financial Services Product Providers. We expect you to efficiently build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure the stability of company's revenues and growth.
 Role Requirements: Self starter, working with minimal supervision.  Responsible for the procurement of new business Expand sales of products and services with existing customers Work mainly on own leads Highlights advantages or benefits of products or services to individuals and the organisation.
Adjusts sales technique depending on the nature of the prospect or customer.
Determines customers' needs and interests.
Advise on the most appropriate financial product for customer's needs Require own laptop and cellphone Experience and Qualifications Required: Matric 18 months financial services industry experience.
Regulatory examination RE5 Class of Business up to date CPD points A valid drivers license and own transport Clear criminal and credit record Excellent Communicator Tech Savvy Entrepreneurial mindset Remuneration This is a commission only role, where income is dependent on your productivity.  Commission split of up to 70/30 Bi-Weekly payouts
