Remuneration: R25 000.00 Purpose Of The Job: Our Client is looking for an Experienced Commercial Vehicle Parts Sales Team Lead to join their Team.
Duties: Sell parts to repair the defect and meet the customer's needs, the first time Ensure first quotation is correct Listen to the customer's explanation and have a clear understanding of part of component location Show interest in personal development and the willingness to learn more about the product Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers you meet Personally manage work efficiency Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly Ensure that all parts used are recorded on the job card When working the parts counter, follows prescribed cash and credit processing procedures of the dealership.
Processes orders, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at a point of sale Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to Parts Manager Ensure that the correct items have been picked the first time Always demonstrate an interest in growing the parts business Assist with Parts Manager in merchandising displays Controls showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction Minimize any risk of stock shortage/stock losses All material handling tools, and equipment handled according to prescribed dealership standards Access control procedures adhered to Control orderliness and cleanliness.
Ensure that all Health and Safety rules are always adhered to Requirements: Must have Parts knowledge and experience of Commercial Vehicles Min of 3 years' experience as a Commercial Vehicle Parts Sales Team Lead, in the Automotive Industry Experience with Parts Automotive PC Software Good people handling and leadership skills Good communication skills Good time management skills Strong administrative skills Grade 12 (Matric) Valid Driver's License Motor Industry Experience is ESSENTIAL!!!
