Achieve and surpass retention targets. Contribute to reducing general expenses. Client Relations: Ensure all communications with stakeholders (clients, account executives, insurers) are accurate, timely, professional, and relevant. Build and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to achieving personal and company client satisfaction goals. Business Processes: Uphold company quality standards and regulatory frameworks across various processes, including but not limited to: General Enquiries: Address queries related to cover, products, processes, etc. New Business, Renewals, Endorsements, and Re-broke: Analyze clients' portfolios. Request, obtain, and assess quotes from insurers. Provide clients with necessary information and documents. Raise premiums. Documentation and Filing: File all relevant documents electronically and in hard copy. Cancellations: Follow retention processes. Cancel policies in the system. Confirm cancellation requests with clients. File all relevant documentation electronically and in hard copy. Refunds: Raise invoices and request refunds from the line manager electronically. File all relevant documentation electronically and in hard copy. Client and Team Communication: Engage in timely and proactive communication with client account executives regarding portfolio movements and servicing needs. Ensure productivity and performance targets are met. Contribute to continuous improvement in individual and team performance. Adhere to company mandates and participate in ad hoc projects.
